Rotas

This includes the rotas for sound desk, welcome team, Traidcraft stall, counting the collection, doing church flowers, reading the lessons, leading intercessions, sidesperson, doing coffee after the service, administering communion and prayer ministry.


There are a few instructions for some of the rota activities                                                                                                                  
Coffee                                                                                                                       

Volunteers need to agree between themselves to bring 6 pints of milk and to turn up half an hour before the service begins to set things out and start making coffee. Therefore, please ensure you co-ordinate with the other volunteers before the service.                                                                                                                 

Sidespersons                                                                                                                     

For this term, in addition to the normal sidesperson duties, please can you take responsibility for ushering during communion, or ask volunteers to do this. Two people are normally required each week.                                                                                                                   
Welcoming team                                                                                                                

For this term, in addition to the normal welcoming duties, please can you take responsiblity for taking the collection during the offertory hymn, or ask volunteers to do this. Four people are normally required each week.
